Do you manage commercial property?
Yes. Management for commercial property owners, with a service plan tailored to your property and lease requirements. Services include tenant communication and lease administration, rent collection and owner reporting, maintenance and repair coordination. How do tenants pay rent or request maintenance?
Residents log in to the online Resident Portal (powered by Buildium) to pay rent, set up autopay and submit maintenance requests 24/7.
How do owners see how their property is doing?
Owners get 24/7 access to the Owner Portal with monthly statements, distributions, work orders and year-end tax documents.
How are tenants screened?
Every applicant goes through credit, criminal background, eviction history, income and rental reference checks before approval.
How much does property management cost?

How do I apply for a rental?
Browse available rentals and submit the online rental application through our Buildium portal. Most applications are reviewed within one to two business days.
