Privacy policy & cookie choices
Information you give us
When you request a quote, a rental analysis or an agent-partner conversation, we collect the details you submit (name, email, phone, property address and your message). We use them to respond to you and manage your property. Lead information is stored in our customer relationship system and our management software. You can ask us to update or delete your information any time at info@mpmva.com or 540-384-4314.
Site analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. Where consent is required by law, analytics cookies stay off until you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time — open Cookie settings in the footer of any page.
Advertising measurement
We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure whether our ads lead to inquiries and, where you accept, to help show ads for our services. Where consent is required by law, the Meta pixel does not run and no advertising identifiers are read or shared until you accept. Declining never limits the site itself. You can withdraw your acceptance in the same Cookie settings; we stop further sharing as soon as your choice is saved.
Lead tools
We also use a page-visit tracker from Follow Up Boss so our team can follow up quickly and see which pages a lead viewed before contacting us. It runs under the same analytics consent described above.
Your choices & withdrawal
The cookie banner appears where the law requires consent. Accepting or declining is always your choice, and "Decline" is one click. To revisit your decision, use Cookie settings in the footer of any page, or email info@mpmva.com. Residents of regions with statutory privacy rights may also contact us to exercise access, correction or deletion rights.
Who receives data
Google (analytics), Meta (advertising measurement, only with your acceptance) and Follow Up Boss (lead follow-up) receive the limited data described above. Our portals are operated by Buildium. We do not sell your personal information.
